Four Course Dinner at EBT with Chef Tate Roberts
The menu has been updated to include local and seasonal ingredients and house-made desserts. The restaurant is designed to be an escape from the outside, with modern yet comfortable surroundings. If you have not been to EBT lately, it is better than ever. Here’s a recent review in the KC Star. Chef Tate Roberts – who has won the coveted Golden Fork award 2 years in a row at The Taste of KC and is a veteran of numerous other cooking competitions – has created a one of a kind menu for the evening using local and seasonal ingredients.
Sun tea and ripe heirloom tomato consommé
Served room temp with carrot and cucumber ice cubes
Crispy vegetables in vinaigrette, with local goat cheese fritters
Locally sourced honey and whiskey roasted pork osso bucco
