Making Corned Beef at the Local Pig with Alex Pope

Our good friend Alex Pope at the Local Pig is doing another exciting class for us.  Just in time for St. Patrick’s day, Alex will show you how to make your own corned beef.
Alex will cover the point/flat/different cuts of corned beef as well as curing and cooking the meat. We will go through the steps to make your own corned beef just as Alex does it.
We will have Irish Ale from Boulevard Beer and guests will get corned beef sausage from Alex Pope to take home.
