Spanish & Italian Ham Tasting & Wine Workshop

 

Ryan Sciara & Jasper Mirabile have put together the first public tasting in Kansas City of the most famous ham in the world Jamon Ibericoalong with Jamon Serano, Prosciutto di Parma and Prosciutto di San Daniele paired with six wines from Spain and Sicily.   Ryan has some very interesting “undiscovered” wines from these two areas.
